SKC Partners with BGC in 6th Annual Charity Day

BGC Partners, one of the world’s leading brokers, raised in excess of $10 million for charity on its sixth annual Charity Day held on Monday, September 13.  Every year on September 11, BGC donates its global revenues to charity in commemoration of those lost in the World Trade Center attacks.  This year Solving Kids' Cancer was one of the 18 designated recipient charities in the US. 

In New York, celebrity guests included athletes Eli Manning, Boomer Esiason, Amar’e Stoudemire, Carmelo Anthony, Ike Davis (ambassador to SKC), Sean Avery, Rod Gilbert, astronaut Buzz Aldrin, actors Steve Buscemi, Hillary Duff, Mark Ruffalo, Edie Falco, Lorraine Bracco, Tony Sirico, and Jamie Lynn Sigler, Nigel Barker (ambassador to SKC), Miss USA Rima Fakih, television anchors Liz Claman, Megyn Kelly, and many others.
